Safe and Well is a basic education pack dealing with health and safety issues. The content is aimed at Level 3 and the Workbook: Steps to Safety is aimed at Level 2.

The workbook was designed to go with a Safe and Well CD. It is for students on Skills for Work courses, where they can improve their reading and writing skills through a workplace theme.

The workbook covers 5 sections:

2. Managing information at work

3. Health and hygiene

4. Working safely

5. Filling in an accident report form
