The National Adult Literacy Agency (NALA) invites tender submissions to carry out research on financial literacy, numeracy and digital literacy. The overall aim of the research is to help us understand how best to support adults with unmet financial literacy, numeracy and digital literacy needs.

The aim of this research project is to:

1. Capture and understand the financial literacy, numeracy and digital literacy challenges adults face in today’s digital world.
2. Develop an understanding on how best to support adults with unmet financial literacy, numeracy and digital literacy needs to develop effective financial and monetary skills in today’s digital world.
