This report provides a snapshot of views and experiences of adult literacy students. The National Adult Literacy Agency (NALA) gathered the information in this report from an annual NALA Student Day held in Galway, on Saturday 22 April 2023.

The aim of this report is to share up-to-date insights on student issues, so NALA can  respond appropriately to the needs of learners and improve the quality of our work.

People working in adult literacy, or adult education more generally, whether tutors or managers, will likely be interested in the findings of this report.
