Submission on energy labelling requirements for computers

The National Adult Literacy Agency (NALA) made a submission to the European Commission on energy labelling requirements for computers. In our submission, we argued that producers should have to label their products in a specific way that people with literacy, numeracy and digital literacy needs can understand.

We recommended user-testing and we reminded the European Commission about their commitments to plain language.
